No. 14533332, address Kastani 42, 50410 Tartu, Estonia) (henceforth: ILLIMOR O\u00dc; may be referred to as &#8220;Service Provider&#8221; or &#8220;we&#8221; or &#8220;us&#8221;) and a <strong>client<\/strong>, who places an order in the e-store and identifies oneself by entering personal information on the order form (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;Service User&#8221;),\u00a0and apply to all use of and orders placed on the www.illimor.com website, our mobile website or via email.<\/p>\n<p>Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order on www.illimor.com<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>E-SHOP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An internet store created by the Service Provider that is used to sell goods to Service User.<\/p>\n<p>An order can be placed if you have previously confirmed that you accept these Terms and Conditions. By useing the Illimor websire and \/or placing an order on the website you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Service Provider only offers products that are published on www.illimor.com The inclusion of these products does not mean that they will be available at any time. Fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. Prices does not include VAT as Illimor O\u00dc does not have to pay VAT .<\/p>\n<p>If the customer orders products for delivery outside of the EU please note that the customer\u2019s purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Most purchased products will be sent by parcel machine or standard post.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Service User bears the shipping cost and the respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method. The delivery charge for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of your order. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Service Provider will dispatch the approved orders in the order that they have received. Depending on the delivery method and time of placing the order, delivery normally takes 1-3 working days iwithin Estonia and 3 &#8211; 10 working days abroad.<\/p>\n<p>Delivery times may vary depending on where the order is to be delivered, Occasional delays may occure during peak periods or in the case of unexpected events. At the latest, orders will be delivered within a thirty day window from placing the order.<\/p>\n<p>Beofre you place an order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details.
