Tooted valmivad tavaliselt 5 kuni 10 t\u00f6\u00f6p\u00e4eva jooksul. Ettev\u00f5tte ei tooda lattu suuri koguseid vaid valmistab tooted vastavalt tellimusele.
Ostu sooritades, palun veendu, et tarneinfo on \u00f5igest sisestatud. Nii ei teki kauba saatmisel logistilisi viivitusi.<\/p>\n

RETURNS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Products delivered via Parcel Machine in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania can be returned via same parcel machine. Please contact hello@illimor.com for specific return instructions.<\/p>\n

Please provide your order number and reason for your return \/ exchange. Full-price items with original tags that have not been worn, washed, or altered can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund including initial shipping cost. After receiving the return instructions the package must be dispatched within 5 working days. After 14 days all sales are final.<\/p>\n

The Service User may choose their preferred method of return shipping. We recommend insurance\/tracking as Service Provider is not responsible for lost packages. We will contact you after we have inspected the returned items and we will inform you about the status of your reimbursement. Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging with price stickers, hang tags etc still attached. Goods should be packaged so they do not deform in transit. No tape is to be attached to the product or the product\u2019s original packaging. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n
