WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us. Such as:

Personal information will be used to administrate client´s orders and delivery of the products. Also for solving questions and problems about purchases and delivery of the products.
Bank account number will be used for refunds.

The personal data necessary for the execution of payments is transferred to authorized processor Montonio Finance.

Illimor OÜ is responsible for managing all customer data. Illimor OÜ will provide all needed data for payment processing to the authorized data processor Montonio Finance.

Personal data are disclosed to the customer support department for the online store, for the purpose of managing purchases and purchase history, and for resolving customer issues. If the goods are to be delivered by courier service, the contact data submitted will also include the customer’s address.

Personal information will be deletad after termination of customer´s web store account except for if the information is necessary for bookkeeping or customer dispute resolutions.
If the purchase is made without web store account, the purchase history will be stored for three years.
The data related to customer dispute will be stored until the resolution or until the limitation period.
Personal information necessary for bookkeeping will be stored for seven years.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
