GENERAL

The following terms and conditions (henceforth: the Terms and Conditions”) are valid between ILLIMOR OÜ (Reg. No. 14533332, address Kastani 42, 50410 Tartu, Estonia) (henceforth: ILLIMOR OÜ; may be referred to as “Service Provider” or “we” or “us”) and a client, who places an order in the e-store and identifies oneself by entering personal information on the order form (hereinafter referred to as “Service User”), and apply to all use of and orders placed on the www.illimor.com website, our mobile website or via email.

E-SHOP

An internet store created by the Service Provider that is used to sell goods to Service User.

An order can be placed if you have previously confirmed that you accept these Terms and Conditions. By useing the Illimor websire and /or placing an order on the website you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions.

Service Provider only offers products that are published on www.illimor.com The inclusion of these products does not mean that they will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

PLACING AN ORDER

Add the desired products to your shopping basket to order them. Fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen.

This can be paid securely via the following payment methods provided by Montonio Finance:

  • Receive a credit offer from multiple lenders, compare offers and choose the most suitable financing option. 

NB! When you have chosen the suitable payment option, please check the box (I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions *) and click below on the “PLACE ORDER” tab.

The personal data necessary for the execution of payments is transferred to authorized processor Montonio Finance. The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store.
If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.

FEES

All prices displayed in the e-store are in euros. Prices does not include VAT as Illimor OÜ does not have to pay VAT .

If the customer orders products for delivery outside of the EU please note that the customer’s purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by the customer and won’t be refunded by us when the customer returns the product.

The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices at any time. If a user has placed an order in the e-store and paid for it, then the Service Provider is obligated to deliver the products to the Service User with the prices valid at the moment the order was placed. 

The Service Provider has the right to desist from fulfilling the order in the occurrence of a technical fault due to which the e-store prices were incorrect.

PRICES AND DELIVERY

Products will be posted no later than 10 working days after the payment has been received.

Products are delivered worldwide by Omniva or Itella SmartPost postal service. Most purchased products will be sent by parcel machine or standard post. 

The Service User bears the shipping cost and the respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method. The delivery charge for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of your order. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. 

Service Provider will dispatch the approved orders in the order that they have received. Depending on the delivery method and time of placing the order, delivery normally takes 1-3 working days iwithin Estonia and 3 – 10 working days abroad.

Delivery times may vary depending on where the order is to be delivered, Occasional delays may occure during peak periods or in the case of unexpected events. At the latest, orders will be delivered within a thirty day window from placing the order.

Beofre you place an order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Shipping fees will be displayed at the checkout.

COUPONS

From time to time, Service Provider may give Service User coupon codes that can be used to reduce the price of specified products. It is up to Service User to enter the code at checkout!

Each coupon has its own terms, which will be made clear at the time it is issued to Service User (e.g. what products, when it can be used, what disount etc). If Service User is given a unique coupon code that is meant just for you (e.g. a student Coupon) please keep it secret and don’t let anyone else use it or abuse it (e.g. don’t post it on social media). If Service Provider thinks there is or has been misuse of a coupon code in any way (e.g. selling it or sharing it with others), we can cancel your coupon code.

Unless otherwise stated, coupon discounts apply to full price, live sales only and are not valid on past purchases. Coupons cannot be combined with other discount offers and only one coupon is allowed per order. 

Products with original tags that have not been worn, washed, or altered and were purchased with coupon discount can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund the amount that Service User paid after the applied discount included initial shipping. After receiving the return instructions the package must me dispatched within 5 working days.

After 14 days all sales are final.

The Service User may choose their preffered method of return shipping. We recommend insurance/tracking as Illimor OÜ is not responsible for lost packages.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not comply to the above criteria.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail with your order number, details of the product or products you have ordered from us, your payment details and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.

Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us.

Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent with all relevant information about your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you shortly. If we already have received payment for such product we will refund you the amount of the purchase.

COLORS

Our goal is to describe the products at the Website as correctly as possible. However, please note that due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures on the Website can differ somewhat from their actual colors. We cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To return or exchange an item, please email us at hello@illimor.com.
Please provide your order number and reason for your return exchange.
Full-price items with original tags that have not been worn, washed, or altered can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund including initial shipping cost. After receiving the return instructions the package must me dispatched within 5 working days.
After 14 days all sales, including purchases with coupon, are final.

The customer may choose their preferred method of return shipping. We recommend insurance/tracking as Illimor is not responsible for lost packages.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not comply to the above criteria.

Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability.

Please note that you must pay the shipping cost for returning the products in accordance with your right of withdrawal and exchange and ILLIMOR has no obligation to pay such costs.

OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights on the illimor.com website remain with ILLIMOR OÜ. Any use of the studio-august.com website or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of ILLIMOR OÜ.
